the reception director was not empathetic at all. it was frankly disappointing. the hotel is very central but in a little plaza with people using drugs and next to a barrage of cars.

it took two weeks to get a partial refund. receptionists and the manager were very rude. They threatened to kick me out if i didn't pay again.
