unempathetic reception director plaza location
breakfast was convenient in the lobby restaurant.
the reception director was not empathetic at all. it was frankly disappointing. the hotel is very central but in a little plaza with people using drugs and next to a barrage of cars.

restored building attentive team double charge rude staff
the building has been restored with care! the team is attentive to guests needs. they are helpful without being intrusive.
it took two weeks to get a partial refund. receptionists and the manager were very rude. They threatened to kick me out if i didn't pay again.
